English 4: Javier M.

  If I could travel through time, I would like to go to the future, because it is something that I can't imagine at all and is something new. I already know my past and I think I can do more traveling to the future, because I can try to prevent things from happening, and you can do that traveling to the past too, but the near future is more important to me. Although I have some things that I wish I never did, I see more potential in traveling to the future, because I think it's something more unique and is unknow. It's true that you can change your present traveling to the future or past and then come back, but I'm more interested in the future, like the year 2200 or 3000, or maybe even further away. I know you can travel to the past to try to prevent big events from happening, like World War or events like Covid, but I think it's hard to prevent those events on your own. Also, you can travel to the past to spend more time with your loved ones if you can't now...

I don't really know what my dream job is because I like a lot of things. But I could say that my dream job is to be a music composer because I like music, especially ambient music like video game style or orchestral, or also music used for movies. I mean, I would like to compose that type of music. I think that is because I like to create things, and that can sound kinda weird  because I don't do many things about it, but in my childhood I really loved video games that allowed me to create my own levels, and I enjoyed creating things with Legos too. I would like to learn to draw as well, but I have never been good at it. However, I enjoy it when I try it, and I liked the art classes and music ones too in school. For my dream job, I need to know about music composition and other things like scales. I would take classes about an application that allows you to compose, like FL Studio for example. In fact, I tried in the past, but I did not go too far. I would have to learn to play...

Usually, I don't leave Santiago on holidays, except in the summer because I go to my grandma's house in Coronel. However, I think my best holiday ever was last year in July with my friends, who I met the same year at the university. We went to the beach in "Isla Negra" for about three days, and we had a lot of fun. I remember one time that I laughed so hard, that I couldn't stop laughing. I just fell to the floor, and I could not breathe. Also, we ate completos and drank some wine. We played games like cards or board games as well. I say it was the best because I often went with my family to Coronel, but now it was different. I'm not saying I hate going to Coronel, but it was kind of special, because, usually when I meet up with my friends, we do not leave Santiago. Unfortunately, some friends could not go on that trip, however, we still continue to meet up to this day, and I hope someday we will travel again.

Mexico  A country that I would really like to visit is Mexico, especially around November 1st because if you don't know that day is the Day of the Dead and I never see how it is there with my own eyes, I really like the theme. Of course on e reason to visit Mexico is to eat tacos and it's not different for me, I would like to taste every typical food and I think it's the best part. Another reason why I want to go to Mexico is to visit Chichen Itza one of the seven wonders of the world and I also want to visit some beaches because I like the beach. If I go to Mexico I'd like to study and maybe stay there because I think the Mexican accent is kind of funny and sometimes I watch on Instagram stand-up comedy by Mexicans. I have to go to a show one day.
